What happens after I check out?

Right after you complete checkout, you'll get a welcome email with a quick electronic listing agreement to sign — takes about 60 seconds on your phone. After that, we'll ask you to upload your photos, and your listing goes live within 1–2 business days.

Can I cancel and get a refund?

Yes. Texas law gives you 3 business days after signing your listing agreement to cancel for any reason and get a full refund. Even after that 3-day window, you can cancel and get a full refund anytime BEFORE we publish your listing. Once your listing is live, the fee is non-refundable, but you can still withdraw the listing anytime.

What if my home doesn't sell?

Your listing stays active for the full 6 months of your term. You can update photos, change the price, or refresh the description anytime. If 6 months pass and you want to keep going, you can renew at the then-current rate.

What information do I need to provide?

The basics: address, year/make/model, beds/baths/square footage, HUD label and serial number (found on the data plate inside your home), title status (do you have a clear title and current SOL?), lot rent (if applicable), park name (if applicable), and your asking price. We collect all this in the checkout form so you can submit it all in one step.

What if a buyer wants to make an offer or negotiate?

On the Mobile Buy Buy Only Listing and Full Marketplace Listing tiers, the buyer contacts you directly (we forward them to you) and you negotiate the deal. On the Full Service Agent tier, we handle the negotiation, draft the Purchase Agreement, and coordinate everything through closing.
