No — we are a Texas-licensed Manufactured Home Broker (TDHCA License #MHDRET00038000) and can only legally list Texas-based mobile/manufactured homes. Our service area is Texas only. If you're in another state, we recommend looking for a flat-fee MLS service licensed in your state.

Yes — that's our specialty. We list homes that can stay in the park, homes that need to be moved, and homes that come with the land. Most real-estate sites refuse park homes; we built our entire business around them.

The Mobile Buy Buy Only Listing ($49) lists your home on mobilebuybuy.com only — you'll reach Texas buyers searching specifically for mobile homes. The Full Marketplace Listing ($449) does that PLUS lists your home on Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Trulia, and 12+ other major real-estate portals nationwide. The Full Marketplace tier reaches a much larger buyer audience.

Because traditional commission is overkill for most mobile-home sales. A 6% commission on a $60,000 home is $3,600 — and you're doing most of the work anyway. Our flat-fee tiers let you pay without paying thousands in commissions. Just one flat rate for those wanting to list on their own on market. If you want full-service help, our Full Service Agent tier is available — and you only pay if your home sells.

Only on our Full Service Agent tier. On the Mobile Buy Buy Only Listing and Full Marketplace Listing tiers, you handle showings, communication, and negotiation directly with buyers. We forward every buyer inquiry to you within 1 business day — usually within minutes — and you take it from there.

Right after you complete checkout, you'll get a welcome email with a quick electronic listing agreement to sign — takes about 60 seconds on your phone. After that, we'll ask you to upload your photos, and your listing goes live within 1–2 business days.

Yes. Texas law gives you 3 business days after signing your listing agreement to cancel for any reason and get a full refund. Even after that 3-day window, you can cancel and get a full refund anytime BEFORE we publish your listing. Once your listing is live, the fee is non-refundable, but you can still withdraw the listing anytime.

Your listing stays active for the full 6 months of your term. You can update photos, change the price, or refresh the description anytime. If 6 months pass and you want to keep going, you can renew at the then-current rate.

The basics: address, year/make/model, beds/baths/square footage, HUD label and serial number (found on the data plate inside your home), title status (do you have a clear title and current SOL?), lot rent (if applicable), park name (if applicable), and your asking price. We collect all this in the checkout form so you can submit it all in one step.

On the Mobile Buy Buy Only Listing and Full Marketplace Listing tiers, the buyer contacts you directly (we forward them to you) and you negotiate the deal. On the Full Service Agent tier, we handle the negotiation, draft the Purchase Agreement, and coordinate everything through closing.

Both. We're a Texas-licensed Manufactured Home Broker (TDHCA License #MHDRET00038000) operating a marketplace and listing service specifically for Texas mobile homes. We're regulated by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, the agency that oversees manufactured housing in Texas.

Nothing upfront. We only get paid when your home sells. At closing, the total fee is approximately ~$3k commissions plus closing costs. We'll walk you through the exact numbers and how the deal is structured when you start your consultation.
